Technical Data
CCR10 (CC Chemokine Receptor 10, CC-CCR-10, G-Protein-coupled Receptor 2, GRP2) (APC)
CCR10 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane domain protein expressed by T cells and B cell subsets, and functions as a receptor for CCL27. CCR10 mediates lymphocyte migration to the skin and mucosa, and its expression correlates with the metastatic capacity of melanomas.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells. Validated for use with mouse B16F1 cells and rat splenocytes.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Flow Cytometry Protocol:
1. Cells may be Fc-blocked with 1ug of mouse or rat IgG/10e5 cells for 15 minutes at RT. Do not wash excess blocking IgG from this reaction.
2. After blocking, add 10ul of C2100-16A to up to 1x10e6 cells and incubate for 30 minutes at RT.
3. Remove unbound antibody by washing the cells twice in Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer (F4568-10). Note that whole blood requires a RBC lysis step at this point using Flow Cytometry Mouse Lyse Buffer.
4. Resuspend the cells in Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer for final analysis by flow cytometry. As a control for this analysis, cells in a separate tube should be treated with APC-labeled rat IgG2B antibody.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for at 12 months after receipt at 4C. Freezing allophycocyanin conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Allophycocyaninconjugates are sensitive to light.
