Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Spleen cells from immunized Biozzi mice were fused with cells of the NS1 mouse myeloma cell line.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

|3H648 recognizes a polypeptide (CD1c) antigen of 43kD which is associated with the 12kD beta 2 microglobulin present on thymocytes, a subpopulation of B-lymphocytes early during ontogeny, Langerhans cells and dendritic cells. It may be useful for studies of calcium flux induced by CD1c.|
