MabIgG13H648Affinity Purified
200ug-20CBlue IceHumanMouse
Thymus cells.
Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.5% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide.
3H648 recognizes a polypeptide (CD1c) antigen of 43kD which is associated with the 12kD beta 2 microglobulin present on thymocytes, a subpopulation of B-lymphocytes early during ontogeny, Langerhans cells and dendritic cells. It may be useful for studies of calcium flux induced by CD1c.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
