CELSR2 (Cadherin EGF LAG Seven-pass G-type Receptor 2, Flamingo Homolog) |
|
|
Description: The human homologue of flamingo, EGFL2, encodes a brain-expressed large cadherin-like protein with epidermal growth factor-like domains, and maps to chromosome 1p13.3-p21.1 CELSR2 expression has been documented in the developing mouse embryo. ESTs have been isolated from adrenal, B-cell/lung/testis, brain, breast, colon, embryo, heart, heart/melanocyte/uterus, kidney, nerve, skin, testis, and vessel libraries. Application(s): Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 15-20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
