Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: paraformaldhyde-fixed tissue sections. Detects chlamydia species in specimens after fixation with methanol/acetone (1:1).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes Chlamydia sp. Reacts with the elementary bodies (Ebs), reticulate bodies (RBs), intermediate forms, chlamydial inclusions and specific cell-associated antigen(s) directly in samples. Reactive with C. trachomatis, C. pneumoniae, C. psittaci.
