Cochlioquinone A has been recently shown to be an antagonist of the human chemokine receptor CCR5 in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1). It is anti-angiogenic and exhibits inhibitory activity against diacylglycerol acyltransferase and NADH-ubiquinone reductase. Purity: >99% by HPLC Solubility: Soluble in ethanol, methanol, DMF or DMSO. Related to: Cochlioquinone B CAS Number: 32450-25-2 Molecular Formula: C30H44O8 Molecular Weight: 532.67 |
