Rat GRO beta/MIP-2, otherwise known as CXCL2, promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. Source: Purified recombinant GRO beta/MIP-2 expressed in E. coli. Endotoxin: 1EU/ug Aplications: Suitable for use in ELISA and functinal applications. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Functional applications: 50ng/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: ~8kD |
