Technical Data
DLC-1 (Rho GTPase-activating Protein 7, Deleted in Liver Cancer 1 Protein, HP Protein, Rho-type GTPase-activating Protein 7, START Domain-containing Protein 12, StARD12, StAR-related Lipid Transfer Protein 12, DLC1, ARHGAP7, KIAA1723, STARD12)
Functions as a GTPase-activating protein specific for Rho and an activator of PLCD1 in vivo and induces morphological changes and detachment through cytoskeletal reorganization.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:32,000
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
