|
|
Description: DSH-homolog 3 may play a role in the signal transduction pathway mediated by multiple Wnt genes. It is a cytoplasmic protein that belongs to the DSH family. It contains a DEP domain, a DIX domain and a PDZ (DHR) domain. It interacts through its PDZ domain with the C-terminal regions of VANGL1 and VANGL2. The unprocessed precursor has a length of 716 amino acids and an estimated molecular weight of 78kD. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
