DVL3 (Dishevelled-3, Dsh Homolog 3, Segment Polarity Protein Dishevelled Homolog DVL-3, KIAA0208)
Dishevelled-3 (DVL-3) is a cytoplasmic phoshoprotein that regulates cell proliferation, acting as a transducer molecule for developmental processes including segmentation and neuroblast specification in Drosophila. It is known to play a crucial role in WNT canonical signaling pathway and has been shown to be a connecting link between the Notch-WNT crosstalk. The structural and evolutionary characteristics suggest that mutations at their loci may be involved in neural and heart development defects.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
