Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC) (HRP) |
|
|
Description: Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) is a small uoresent molecule that is commonly conjugated to antibodies for immuno uorescent cell labeling. In conjunction with anti-FITC antibodies, it can also be used as an epitope tag for detection and signal ampli cation Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Dot and Slot Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:4000-1:8000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light. |
