Description: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: Using 100ul/well antibody solution, a concentration of 0.15-0.3ug/ml of this antibody is required. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2ng/well of recombinant hGDNF. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagent,s the detection limit for recombinant hGDNF is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
