CXCL1, also known as GRO1, is a 7.8kD chemokine which is involved in neutrophil chemotaxis and activation and is expressed in a range of cells including monocytes, macrophages and vascular endothelial cells. Source: Recombinant corresponding to mouse CXCL1 expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: 7.8kD (72aa sequence) Endotoxin: 0.1ng/ug Applications: Suitable for use in Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 20ul sterile dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
