HA-1 (HLA-HA1, HMHA1, KIAA0223, Minor Histocompatibility Antigen HA-1, mHag HA-1, Minor Histocompatibility Protein HA-1) |
|
|
Description: The minor histocompatibility antigen (mHags), HA-1 is a immunogenic alloantigen shown to be responsible for graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in HLA-identical bone marrow transplantation. The antigen has two known alleles resulting in a single amino acid polymorphism. The HA-1H allele encodes histidine, whereas the HA-1R allele encodes arginine. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
