Human I-309, an 8.5kD protein containing 74 amino acid residues, is a small glycoprotein secreted by activated T-lymphocytes and structurally related to other CC chemokines. Source: Recombinant human Form: Sterile filtered and lyophilized without additives. Purity: 99% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses. Endotoxin: 0.1ng/ug Biological Activity: Determined by a chemotaxis assay using total human T cell population. Significant chemotaxis was achieved at a concentration range of 1-100ng/ml. Storage & Stability: The lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature. Stored desiccated below 0°C. Reconstituted I-309 should be stored in working aliquots at- 20°C. Lyophilized Human I-309 can be reconstituted in water to a concentration of 1.0mg/ml. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at -20°C for future use.
