Technical Data
IgG, IgA, IgM, H&L, X-adsorbed (HRP)
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:2000-1:50,000 using ABTS (Cat# A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Western Blot:1:1000-1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
PabF(ab)2Affinity Purified
500ug-20CBlue IceHumanGoat
~1mg/ml (after reconstitution)
Human IgG, IgA, and IgM whole molecules.
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 500ul sterile ddH2O.
Recognizes human IgG, IgA and IgM (H&L), (all Human immunoglobulin classes, isotypes and chain combinations). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase and anti-goat serum. No reaction was detected against anti-goat IgG F(c), or mouse serum proteins.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
