Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy, ELISA, Western Blot, Dot Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:200,000
Western Blot: 1:4000-1:20,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:8000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP).

Specificity:

Recognizes mouse IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Species Crossreactivity: No reaction was observed against human serum proteins.
