Technical Data
IgG, IgA, IgM (Biotin)
Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:20,000-1:80,000 in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated Streptavidin (S7973-97A) and ABTS as a Substrate for 30 min at RT.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC)

Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

~2mg/ml (UV280)
Human IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecules.
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 40% glycerol. Labeled with Biotin. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule.
Recognizes all Human immunoglobulin subclasses, isotypes and chain combinations. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin and anti-goat serum.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
