Technical Data
IgG, IgA, IgM, H&L (HRP)
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:5000-1:25,000
Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:1500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

~2mg/ml (UV280)
Rat IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecules.
Prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% thimerisol, 40% glycerol. labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Recognizes rat IgG, IgA, IgM. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase and anti-goat serum. Suitable for the detection of all rat immunoglobulin isotypes ad chain combinations.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
