Form
Supplied as a liquid in 0.05M Tris Chloride, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.001M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001M Zinc Chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% gycerol. Labeled with Alkaline Phosphatase (AP).
Specificity:
Recognizes mouse IgG gamma heavy chain. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-rabbit serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at <1% crossreactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes.
