Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1500-1:6000 Western Blot: 1:500- 1:2500. Immunohistochemistry: 1: 200-1:1000. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability: Stord at 4°C. Do not freeze. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |

| Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-Rabbit Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes. |
