Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence Microscopy, FLISA and Fluorescent Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence Microscopy: 1:500- 1:2500. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation Wavelength: 596nm Emission Wavelength: 620nm. Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.3 moles Texas Red per mole of Rabbit IgG. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Texas Red conjugates are sensitve to light. |
