Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Texas Red Reconstitute with 1ml sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O.
Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
