Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 5ug/ml. Use 10ul of the optimal working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Fusion Partners:
Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the PAI-0 mouse myeloma cell line.

Recommended Negative Controls:
I1904-78X: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (For rat tissue) (FITC)

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
