Description:
Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000 to 1:10,000 using 1ug Monkey IgM in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP for 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:500- 1:3000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200- 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. |
