Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
ELISA: 1:2000 to 1:10,000 using 1ug Monkey IgM in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP for 30 minutes at RT.
Western Blot: 1:500- 1:3000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:200- 1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.

~1mg/ml (UV280)
Monkey IgM mu heavy chain.
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in 0.05M Tris Chloride, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.001M magnesium chloride, 0.0001M zinc chloride, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide 50% glycerol, pH 8.0. Labeled with Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine, 140kD).
Recognizes monkey IgM. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-goat serum, monkey IgM and monkey serum. Less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
