Technical Data
I1905-02C2
IgM (AP)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:2000-1:10,000
Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
