Source: Recombinant corresponding to rat Interleukin 1 alpha expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~18kD Endotoxin: 0.1 ng/ug Activity: ED50 range =0.001-0.005 ng/ml, determined by the dose dependent proliferation of mouse D10S cells. The optimal concentration for individual application should be determined by an initial dose response assay. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: ~18kD |
Source: E. coli Purity: ~95% (SDS-PAGE) Concentration: Not determined Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder. BSA free. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O to 0.1-1mg/ml. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
