Source: Recombinant corresponding to human Interleukin 10 expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~18.6kD Endotoxin: ~0.1ng/ug Biological Activity: ED50=0.2-1ng/ml (1-5x10e6units/mg). The biological activity was determined by measuring the dose-dependent proliferation of murine MC/9 cells. Optimal concentration for individual application should be determined by an initial dose response assay. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -70°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding ddH2O and carrier protein. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -27°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: 18.6kD |
Source: E. coli Purity: ~95% (SDS-PAGE) Concentration: Not determined Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder. BSA free. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O and carrier protein to 0.1-1mg/ml. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
