Junctional Adhesion Molecule 2 (JAM 2, JAM2, JAM-2, C21orf43, CD322, CD322 Antigen, JAM IT/VE JAM, Junction Adhesion Molecule B, JAM B, JAMB, JAM-B, PRO245, Vascular Endothelial Junction Associated Molecule, VE JAM, VEJAM, VE-JAM)
Description:
JAM-2 is a novel junctional adhesion molecule and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily molecules. The JAM-2 transcript is highly expressed during embryogenesis and is detected in lymph node and Peyers patches RNA of adult mice. JAM-2 participates in interendothelial junctional complexes.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:250-1:500
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
