Lambda Light Chain
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: 1:5-1:10. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul washed whole blood.
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NSI myeloma cell line.

Recommended Secondary Antibody:
I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab)2 (FITC) Pab Rb xMo

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
