Single-stranded, non-phosphorylated oligonucleotide primer, chemically synthesized, consisting of 9 random sequence deoxyribonucleotides suitable for DNA synthesis applications using Klenow DNA polymerase with a template or for cDNA synthesis using reverse transcriptase with an mRNA template. Sequence: 5’-d(N9)-3’ Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Special Labels: Biotin, Fluorescein, and Phosphate modifications can be included at the 5' or 3' site. For special labels add -B, -F, -P and -5, -3 to the catalog number. |
