Description:
Please note that, in contrast to other anti-Pericentrin antibodies available, this ab is NOT expected to recognize Kendrin (also known as Pericentrin 2). This may explain why it recognizes a 75kD band (the expected size according to NP_079120) and not a 220kD band (as reported for other anti-pericentrin antibodies).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml
ELISA: >1:32,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

HeLa

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
