PEBP4, Phosphatidylethanolamine Binding Protein 4
The phosphatidylethanolamine (PE)-binding proteins, including PEBP4, are an evolutionarily conserved family of proteins with pivotal biologic functions, such as lipid binding and inhibition of serine protease.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:4000
Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml ~26kD band observed in Human Heart lysates (calculated MW of 25.7kD according to NP_659399.2).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
