Protein A, Recombinant, Fast Flow (Agarose) is similar to P9102-13 except for a unique, highly cross linked agarose derivative that produces a matrix with an increased flow for process scale applications.

Immobilized protein A agarose based affinity media is designed specifically for the purification of antibodies and Ig-tailed proteins. The combination of rProtein ATM and agarose provide an affinity matrix with high specific Ig binding capacity and the reliability of agarose. Special immobilization chemistry provides an affinity matrix with extremely low protein A leaching and high specific Ig binding capacity.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
