|
Description: RAB11A (ras-related protein Rab-11A), a ubiquitously expressed GTP-binding protein and member of the small GTPase superfamily, involved in the endosomal recycling of internalized receptors, and the trafficking of proteins from the Golgi apparatus to the plasma membrane. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, detects a band of approximately 25-28kD in mouse heart cell lysates. Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
