Raf Kinase Inhibitor Protein (RKIP)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects RKIP in RIPA cells. A previous lot detected RKIP in RIPA ltsates from 3T3/A31 cells.
Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitates RKIP from 500ug of 3T3/A31 RIPA lysate.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Positive Antigen Control:
F4209: 3T3/A31 cell lysate. Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol to 100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane
for minigels.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
