Technical Data
SIRT 7 (Sirtuin 7, Sir2-like Protein Type 7)
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:4000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
MabIgG15i84Affinity Purified
50ug4C (-20C Glycerol)Blue IceHumanMouse
Ovalbumin-conjugated synthetic peptide corresponding to N-terminal amino acids 1-50 of human silent information regulator 2 homolog (Sirt7).
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 40% glycerol.
Recognizes human Sirt7, a NAD-dependent deacetylase, cytoplasmatic protein located under the nuclear membrane involved in diverse processes ranging from regulation of gene silencing to DNA damage response in mammalian cells.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
