Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.2-1.0ug/ml. By Western blot, this antibody detects a band of 40-45kD in 293 and human kidney cell lysate, which corresponds to the predicted molecular weight of SNX 15 (predicted MW 40kD according to NP_037438).
A single band (approx. 30-35kD, probably representing the shorter isoform) was observed in human heart lysate.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
