Technical Data
THSD1 (TMTSP, Thrombospondin Type-1 Domain-containing Protein 1, Transmembrane Molecule with Thrombospondin Module)
This monoclonal antibody recognizes the mouse protein TMTSP also known as THSD1, thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing protein, and transmembrane molecule with thrombospondin module. Mouse TMTSP has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 95kD. TMTSP is a single pass, Type I transmembrane receptor that contains 1 thrombospondin-like domain. TMTSP is expressed on primitive hematopoietic stem cells and endothelial cells, but to date the function of this protein is unknown.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
