Description:
WC5 is a cell surface antigen of approximately 47kD. WC5 is expressed by B cells and activated T cells.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cell line

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, dH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
