ax3403Human Naive T Helper Cells, CD4+
CD4+ T cells, particularly those of the T-helper 1 (Th1) subset, are important effectors in alloimmune diseases, such as graft-versus-host disease and in controlling infections with intracellular pathogens. Cord blood CD4+ T cells which express the cell surface marker CD45RA are defined as "naive" and are deficient in their ability to assist in antibody production. Normal Human Cord Blood Cryopreserved CD4+ Naive T helper cells were isolated via cell centrifugation with a density gradient separation solution, are characterised by flow cytometry and are provided as 1M cells per cryopreserved vial. Cells have a guaranteed purity of >90% and a viability >80%.

ax3405Human Mobilized CD34+ Cells
ax3406Human B-Cells, CD19+
B cells are lymphocytes that play a large role in the humoral immune response. The principal functions of B cells are to make biologicals against antigens, perform the role of antigen-presenting cells (APCs) and eventually develop into memory B cells after activation by antigen interaction. B cells are an essential component of the adaptive immune system. Normal Human peripheral blood CD19+ B cells are isolated via positive immunomagnetic selection and are cryopreserved using a serum-based cryopreservation medium. They are characterised by flow cytometry analysing viability, cell size, and the presence of cell surface markers. Cells have a guaranteed purity of >90% and a viability >80% and are provided as 1M cells per cryopreserved vial.
ax3407Human T-Cells, CD4+
CD4+ T cells, particularly those of the T-helper 1 (Th1) subset, are important effectors in alloimmune diseases, such as graft-versus-host disease and in controlling infections with intracellular pathogens. Normal Human Peripheral Blood CD4+ T cells were isolated via cell centrifugation with a density gradient separation solution. They are characterised by flow cytometry analysing viability, cell size, and the presence of cell surface markers. Cells have a guaranteed purity of >90% and a viability >80% and are provided as 5M cells per cryopreserved vial.
ax3408Human Naive T Helper Cells, CD4+

CD4+T cells which express the cell surface marker CD45RA are defined as "naive" and are deficient in their ability to assist in antibody production. Normal Human Peripheral Blood CD4+ T cells were isolated via cell centrifugation with a density gradient separation solution. They are characterised by flow cytometry analysing viability, cell size, and the presence of cell surface markers. Cells have a guaranteed purity of >90% and a viability >80% and are provided as 1M cells per cryopreserved vial.
ax3409Human T-LYMPHOCYTES, CD3+
CD3+ T-lymphocytes, are involved with the regulation of intracellular signalling events involved in host responses to foreign antigens and other inflammatory processes. It has been suggested, that the presence of lymphocytes at sites of tissue injury reflects an immunological response to reactive epitopes that appear during wound healing or tumor development. Normal Human Peripheral Blood CD3+ T-lymphocytes were isolated via negative immunomagnetic selection directed against the CD3 surface antigen. These cells are characterised by flow cytometry and have a guaranteed purity of >95% and viability of >80% and are cryopreserved in a serum-based medium. Provided as 5M cells per vial.
ax3410Human Naive T Cells, CD8+
CD8+ T cells, particularly those of the T-helper 1 (Th1) subset, are important effectors in alloimmune diseases, such as graft-versus-host disease and in controlling infections with intracellular pathogens. CD8+T cells which express the cell surface marker CD45RA are defined as "naive" and are deficient in their ability to assist in antibody production. Normal Human Peripheral Blood CD8+ T helper cells were isolated via immunomagnetic selection for CD8+ cells and are cryopreserved in a serum-based freezing medium. They are guaranteed to have a purity of >95%, a viability of >80% and are provided as 1M cells per vial.

CD25+ T Cells, formerly known as suppressor T cells, are important effectors in alloimmune diseases, such as graft-versus-host disease and in controlling infections with intracellular pathogens. CD25+ T cells were isolated via cell centrifugation with a density gradient separation solution and are provided as 2M cells per cryopreserved vial.
ax3412Human Peripheral Blood Natural Killer Cells, CD56+
NK cells were positively selected via immunomagnetic CD56 micro-beads and are provided in a phenotypically undifferentiated state. These cells are numerically in the minority in peripheral blood but constitute the majority of NK cells in secondary lymphoid tissues. They are abundant cytokine producers but are only weakly cytotoxic before activation. Studies suggest that under certain conditions, they have immunoregulatory properties. They are characterised via flow cytometry and have a guaranteed purity of >95% and a viability of >80%. They were frozen down in serum-free cryopreservation medium and are provided as 5M cells per vial.
ax3413Human Peripheral Blood MONOCYTES, CD14+
CD14+ Monocytes were positively selected via immunomagnetic micro-beads and are provided in a phenotypically undifferentiated state. Monocytes are circulating precursors of macrophages and dendritic cells that migrate from the blood stream across vascular endothelium for immunological surveillance, as well as respond to inflammation. They act as antigen-presenting immune cells and can phagocytise and degrade microbes and particulate matter. Monocytes can differentiate into several different cell types. They are characterised via flow cytometry and have a guaranteed purity of >95% and a viability of >80%. They were frozen down in serum-based cryopreservation medium and are provided as 5M cells per vial.
