BHLHE41 may be a transcriptional repressor that represses both basal and activated transcription.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence and ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50 Western Blot: 1:1000 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt . For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
BHLH3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 24-54 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human BHLH3.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by Protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human BHLH3. Species Crossreactivity: mouse.
