CNTROB is a centrosomal protein that interacts with BRCA2 (MIM 600185) and is required for centriole duplication and cytokinesis (Zou et al., 2005 [PubMed 16275750]).[supplied by OMIM].

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

CNTROB antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 400-430 amino acids from the Central region of human CNTROB.
