INTS10 is a subunit of the Integrator complex, which associates with the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II large subunit (POLR2A; MIM 180660) and mediates 3-prime end processing of small nuclear RNAs U1.

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
INT10 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 523~553 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human INT10.
