VPS37B is component of the ESCRT-I complex, a regulator of vesicular trafficking process. Required for the sorting of endocytic ubiquitinated cargos into multivesicular bodies. May be involved in cell growth and differentiation.

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

VPS37B antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 98-127 amino acids from the Central region of human VPS37B.
