WBSCR27, Williams-Beuren syndrome chromosomal region 27 protein

WBSCR27 encodes a protein belonging to ubiE/COQ5 methyltransferase family. The gene is deleted in Williams syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder caused by the deletion of contiguous genes at 7q11.22-q11.23.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

WBSCR27 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 12-42 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human WBSCR27.
