MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
The calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) is an integral membrane protein that is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. It senses changes in the extracellular concentration of calcium ions. The activity of this receptor is mediated by a G-protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Most cell lines do not express endogenous Ca++ sensing receptor. Studies have been done with HEK-293 or MDCK cells stabily or transiently expressed lysates. This protein is also found in native tissues.
