ETV4 is a transcriptional activator that binds to the enhancer of the adenovirus E1A gene; the core-binding sequence is 5'[AC]GGA[AT]GT-3'.

Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Sandwich FLISA: The detection limit is ~0.1ng/ml as a capture antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Full length recombinant corresponding to aa1-207 from human ETV4 (AAH07242) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
