MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
MMP1 is a Metallopeptidase M10A type protease. MMP1, also known as collagenase, is a secreted protein. Collagenase is the only enzyme able to initiate breakdown of the interstitial collagens, types I, II, and III. The fact that the collagens are the most abundant proteins in the body means that collagenase plays a key role in the remodeling that occurs constantly in both normal and diseased conditions.
