MYL7 protein is a atrial isoform of myosin regulatory light chain 2(MYL2). Myosin is an hexamer of 2 heavy chains and 4 light chains. MYL7 is predominantly expressed in adult atrial muscle.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
