WNT2 is one of the proto-oncogenes to activate the beta-catenin-TCF signaling pathway, and a tumor marker of gastric and colorectal cancer.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10-15ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to 15aa from the internal region of human WNT2. Species sequence homology: bat, bovine, chicken, canine, guinea pig, hamster, mouse, porcine, rabbit, rat and sheep.

Specificity
