Xenotropic and polytropic retrovirus receptor (XPR1) is an Orphan-U GPCR with an unknown ligand.
Applications
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to 16aa from the C-terminus of human XPR1. Species sequence homology: rat, bovine, canine, equine and porcine.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes human XPR1. Species crossreactivity: gibbon, monkey, mouse, hamster and rabbit.
