MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
A-kinase anchoring protein 79 (AKAP 79) is a scaffolding protein that resides predominantly in excitatory neuronal synapses. AKAP 79 interacts with membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) to be used by glutamate receptors. AKAP 79 may also be involved with SAP97 and other large signaling complexes. AKAP 79 is essential for forskolin-induced up-regulation of L-current.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
