MaxLight™ 650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
The family of p21-activated protein kinases (PAKs) is composed of serine-threonine kinases. A novel human PAK-interacting protein, hPIP1, interacts with PAK1 and inhibits the Cdc42/Rac-stimulated kinase activity suggesting that hPIP1 is a negative regulator of PAK and PAK signaling pathways.
